ACCURACY OF CONTENT
All information displayed on this website (verbal or written) is for guidance only and is provided in good faith and without warranty, and although every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct they are for guidance purposes only and not binding. Every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the product appear as accurately as possible, however the actual colours you will see can vary dependent upon your computer equipment and as such we cannot guarantee that the goods on delivery will reflect the colour on your computer.

VAT
Where applicable VAT will be charged. A VAT invoice can be supplied on request.
DELIVERY
Ordered items will be despatched via Royal Mail on a Tracked, non-signed-for service. Belly Bite Lures Ltd accepts responsibility for ensuring your order is handed over to Royal Mail with the correct documentation. However, the Company does not accept liability for losses due to non-delivery, nor for any errors made by Royal Mail during transit. If Royal Mail attempts delivery and finds no one available to receive the parcel, the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery arrangements or associated charges. Deliveries involving major water crossings or remote areas of the British Isles may incur additional costs, which will be passed on to the buyer at our cost + VAT. If you are unsure about delivery charges, please contact us before making your purchase.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require cleared funds prior to despatch of goods. We accept payment by Paypal, including major credit cards, at checkout in the on-line shop, or by BACS (ask for bank details).
PACKING & TRANSPORT
We will ensure that all orders are packaged in a way suitable for the product and the method of despatch. If there are any vehicular restrictions that may prevent delivery, it is your responsibility to inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. In order for us to process any insurance claim, the item must be checked upon delivery. As deliveries are made using a Tracked, non-signed-for service, there is no requirement for a signature; however, the tracking confirmation provided by Royal Mail will be deemed proof of delivery. Any delivery recorded as delivered by Royal Mail cannot be claimed as missing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
You may return any item to us for any reason for refund or exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt. The Customer must call Belly Bite Lures Ltd for a Returns Number before returning any items. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Company reserves the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned due to the Customer changing their mind. Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch.
If an item arrives damaged, we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt along with a full explanation and where appropriate, photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty goods or refund the item at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order after despatch, they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return. Please obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us and use a tracked delivery method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Goods ordered in error will need to be returned at the Customer’s expense.
WARRANTY
No condition or warranty is expressed or to be implied as to the suitability of goods supplied by the Company for any particular purpose or for the use under or in accordance with any specific conditions (irrespective of whether or not such purpose or conditions may be known to the Company) unless the Company otherwise specifies in writing. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected part at our discretion. If the product is found to be faulty due to negligence or misuse by the customer, then no refund will be made and the warranty will be declared void. The warranty is only on a Return to Base basis and the expense of transportation is to be borne by the buyer. Any alterations to the product will invalidate the warranty.
FORCE MAJUERE
Every effort will be made by the Company to carry out its contract with the customer, the performance of the contract is subject to cancellation by the Company or if such reasonable variation as the Company may consider appropriate as a result of inability to secure labour, materials or supplied or as a result of any act of God, war, strike, lock-out or other labour disputes riot, civil commotion’s, fire, flood, legislation, breakdown, accident or any other causes whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.
LIABILITY
We accept no liability for any damages to property or life as a result of incorrect use of the products. We accept no liability for delays that may be caused due to an item being out of stock or a delivery being delayed due to issues related to the carriage.
